David Gorospie and Friends June 2025

A very moving and inspired concert featuring a number of David’s original compositions, as well as recognizable jazz favorites and American Songbook classics. He was be joined by world-class musicians Karl Hunter on saxophone, Santino Tafarella on bass, and Tyler Hammond on drums. This phenomenal collective carries the torch of a rich musical tradition based right here in the Southern California region.

David Gorospe is a locally based keyboardist, composer, songwriter, and singer. His pieces are a blend of American jazz, blues, soul, funk, and gospel, incorporating influences acquired from his international experience. Having studied in Morocco and Türkiye, he has toured throughout the Americas, Europe and India with award winning artists Haley Reinhart, Black Uhuru, and Big Mountain.
